Hello! My name is Pam, and I am proud to call Treaty 6 Territory – Homeland of the Métis – the place where I take up space. My work is rooted in creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I meet people with curiosity, kindness, and compassion, walking alongside them as they navigate growth, healing, and the messy, human parts of life.
I believe we each carry a deep sense of knowing — an inner light that guides us, even when life’s circumstances dim it. My role is to help you reconnect with that light, your intuition, and your capacity for resilience. I integrate mind-body awareness and somatic-based practices because healing isn’t just cognitive — it’s something we feel, practice, and reclaim in our bodies.
I have spent years on the front lines in mental health and addictions, supporting individuals and families through experiences that are often heavy, complex, and unforgettable. I’ve witnessed the emotional load helpers carry — the quiet struggles, the burnout, the things you can’t unsee. I’ve also seen how often organizations fall short in supporting the very people who hold our communities together.
That’s why I am deeply committed to helping the helpers — the caregivers, frontline workers, service providers, and support people who rarely get to put themselves first. You deserve care, too. You deserve space to breathe, process, and be held without judgment.
Be brave and take the first step toward investing in you.
I promise — you’re worth it, and you don’t have to do it alone.
